Food journal
So the last week I've tried not to eat as much as possible but it's something like impossible. Fortunately, I have a pretty sensitive gag reflex and I've tried to throw up almost everything I was eating. I've also tried laxative which worked off great since I've lost something like 2.20 lbs at once. Also, Since the beginning of the month, I've lost 13.23 lbs and I'm pretty proud of it. Now I'm 141 lbs for 5"7. But I must not forget that my target is 97lbs. Anyway this is very exciting. I've tried some of my old trousers and they're fitting perfectly which shows that I've lost weight. I guess the hardest thing is that no one at school seems to be noticing how I am fading...this is kind of sad but I know that soon, I'll be the most skinny and the most beautiful.My diet these few past days have been composed most of the time of green apple, water, Diet Coke.
I will try to cut all food this week. I always enjoy fasting, I mean, when I'm fasting, I feel so good and so light.
But I guess my mother is suspecting me. She's being worried that I do not eat much and she told me "I have proof that you're purging" and she's going all mad about it.
Anyway I can't wait the end of the week to update my weight curve :)
